Fill out the form, make a donation of your choosing and upload a photo. Then come join us October 4th from 11-3 for all the fall fun! Find your dog’s Pumpkin Patch sign and if you would like to, you can take it home with you.
Your dog does not have to have been adopted from HHDR – we love all dogs no matter where they came from. In fact we love all animals so you can submit whatever species you want; cats, turtles, horses, guinea pigs…
Submit your pet by 9/13/25 to have them included on our Pumpkin Patch.
