Become a Hound Hauler
Our sending partners make sure our dogs have all their medical needs met and when they are ready to travel, we pay the transport companies to bring them to our doors and into your homes. The cost to our program is an average of $175 per dog.

Donor Safeguard Commitment
At Helping Hounds Dog Rescue, we are 100 percent committed to providing our donors with absolute security. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so your donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. FED ID: #26-4132608. We consider each donation an investment in our ability to provide our rescued dogs with the best care available and all monetary donations go straight to delivering the essential care they need to survive and thrive. We provide spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchips, veterinary care and love for our animals until we find them a forever home. Donated funds also support the rescue’s volunteer programs and the cost of transporting homeless dogs to our facility. We are very grateful for donations of any amount — every dollar counts!
Helping Hounds Dog Rescue values the trust you place in our organization and adheres to the highest standards in safeguarding your donation to include each of our donors’ personal and gift information. Further, we take great care in making sure that our donors, and the general public, know that all of our financials are handled by an outside, certified accountant. We maintain two Certified Public Accounts on our Board of Directors and we are audited annually. Our strict financial protocols were created with help from an accounting firm and all staff interaction with money transactions are carefully monitored with receipts and debit limitations.
