Helping Hounds St. Patrick’s Day Float Wins Second Place
/We are excited to announce that the Helping Hounds Dog Rescue float won second place for the Nancy Duffy Award (for nonprofit organizations) at the 2016 Syracuse St. Patrick’s Day Parade! We couldn’t have done it without our dedicated staff and volunteers who helped put together the float and walked with our dogs along the parade route.
