Helping Hounds Dog Rescue has made the move to our new home at 7268 Caswell St. in North Syracuse. We now have a beautiful, functional space to house our dogs while they wait to find their forever home. “The Best Journey Takes You Home” campaign set a goal of $1.2 million and we are more than half-way there! With your help, our new, 9,000 square foot facility will provide a more comfortable stay for our dogs and enable us to expand our services to the community. The new facility will feature:

Space to accommodate up to 22 puppies
4 quiet kennels isolated for dogs in need of a little extra TLC
2 kennels off the beaten path to be used as needed

The easiest and most direct way of supporting Helping Hounds Dog Rescue is with a gift of cash!
Gifts of Stock
Avoid capital gains taxes through a gift of highly appreciated stock, while taking a full value deduction on your tax returns. We recommend discussing this option with a tax or financial professional.
Schedule a Monthly Donation
Recognizing that many caring people may not have the capacity to make a sizable gift at any one time, HHDR can accept smaller, monthly amounts through our Hound Haulers program. Focused on offsetting the $150/mo per dog expense associated with medicating and transporting out-of-state dogs to their temporary home here at HHDR, your smaller monthly have a big impact on their freedom ride!
